- disrupt servers, security features, or other users’ experience.
Some features of the Service may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or harmed the integrity or security of the Service.
The Service may include virtual items, in-game currency, subscriptions, or other digital content.
These items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value unless required by applicable law. Except where required by law, virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you make purchases through Google Play, payment processing, billing, and refunds are generally handled according to Google Play’s applicable terms, policies, and procedures.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You must not use the Service to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;
- upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content;
- misuse support channels, rankings, promotions, or game systems.
The Service, including its games, software, content, graphics, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably determine that:
- you violated these Terms;
- your use may create legal, security, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law or platform rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors, loss, or security issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
